聚氨酯保温管市政热水供应系统方案

 一、项目概述

 

 1.1 项目背景

随着城市集中供热需求的增长,采用聚氨酯预制直埋保温管建设市政热水供应管网,可有效降低热损失、减少施工对城市交通的影响、延长管网使用寿命。本方案适用于城镇集中供热、住宅小区采暖、生活热水供应等市政热水工程。

- 《高密度聚乙烯外护管聚氨酯泡沫塑料预制直埋保温管》CJ/T 114

- 《高密度聚乙烯外护管聚氨酯泡沫塑料预制直埋保温管件》CJ/T 155

- T/CASMES 417-2024《市政工程聚氨酯预制直埋保温供热管道施工规范》

 

 1.3 适用范围

- 热水介质温度:≤120℃(短时峰值可达150℃)

- 管道设计压力:≤2.5MPa

- 公称直径范围:DN50-DN1200

 

 

 二、管材选型

 

 2.1 管道结构设计

聚氨酯预制直埋保温管采用“三位一体”复合结构:

工作钢管无缝钢管/螺旋焊管(GB/T8163根据介质压力选用相应壁厚
保温层硬质聚氨酯泡沫密度≥60kg/m³,闭孔率≥90% 
外护管高密度聚乙烯(HDPE密度≥940kg/m³,断裂伸长率≥350%

 2.3 渗漏报警系统

在保温层中埋设渗漏报警线,通过检测仪表实时监测管网渗漏情况,准确定位故障点,保障管网安全运行。

 

 

 三、管网设计

 

 3.1 设计参数

保温厚度根据管径及介质温度确定(通常30-50mm
最小埋深1.2 m(车行道下)


 

 3.2 管道敷设方式

 

直埋敷设(主要方式):

- 供水管道:采用有补偿直埋冷安装,局部无补偿直埋

- 回水管道:采用冷安装无补偿直埋敷设

 

架空/管廊敷设(特殊路段):

- 适用于跨越河道、地下障碍物密集区域

- 外护层可选用镀锌板、铝板等金属材料

- 可采用B1级难燃聚氨酯保温材料

 

 3.3 管件配置

弯头与主管道同材质的预制保温弯头
三通预制保温三通,轴向剪切应力≥0.08MPa
补偿器根据计算选用套筒补偿器或波纹管补偿器
固定墩钢筋混凝土结构,按设计推力计算确定

 

 四、施工方案

 

 4.1 施工工艺流程

 

沟槽开挖 → 垫层施工 → 管道焊接 → 接口保温 → 管道下沟 → 水压试验 → 回填夯实 → 路面恢复

 

 

 4.2 关键施工要求

 

1. 沟槽与垫层

- 沟槽底部宽度:管径 + 600mm(两侧各300mm操作空间)

- 管底铺设10-15cm细砂垫层,密实度≥90%

- 遇软土地基需加固处理

 

2. 管道焊接

- 钢管焊接应符合GB50236规范

- 焊缝进行100%超声波探伤

- 焊口防腐处理后方可进行保温层施工

 

3. 接口保温

- 施工环境温度宜为10-40℃,湿度<80%

- 采用发泡机现场浇注,正式浇注前进行试浇确定工艺参数

- 泡沫密度、闭孔率应与管体一致

- 熟化后方可进行下道工序

 

4. 水压试验

- 试验压力 = 工作压力 × 1.5

- 保压30分钟无渗漏为合格

 

5. 回填要求

- 采用细砂分层回填,每层厚度≤30cm

- 密实度≥90%

- 回填至设计标高,恢复路面

 

 

 五、质量控制

 

 5.1 材料检验

- 保温管及管件须有出厂合格证和检测报告

- 外护管外观无裂纹、气泡和杂质

- 泡沫保温层无空洞、分层缺陷

 

 5.2 过程检验

- 每道工序完成须经监理验收

- 接口保温进行抽样检测(密度、导热系数)

- 焊缝探伤报告完整

 

 5.3 验收标准

- 《工业设备及管道绝热工程施工及验收规范》GBJ126-89

- T/CASMES 417-2024《市政工程聚氨酯预制直埋保温供热管道施工规范》

 

 

 六、运行与维护

 

 6.1 运行监控

- 入户端设置压力表和温度计

- 渗漏报警系统实时监测

- 定期巡线检查路面异常(下沉、冒水)

 

 6.2 维护措施
