一、項目概述


 


1.1項目背景


隨著都市集中供熱需求的增長,採用聚氨酯預製直埋保溫管建設市政熱水供應管網,可有效降低熱損失、减少施工對城市交通的影響、延長管網使用壽命。 本方案適用於城鎮集中供熱、社區採暖、生活熱水供應等市政熱水工程。

1.3適用範圍


-熱水介質溫度:≤120℃(短時峰值可達150℃)


-筦道設計壓力:≤2.5MPa


-公稱直徑範圍:DN50-DN1200


 


 


二、管材選型


 


2.1筦道結構設計


聚氨酯預製直埋保溫管採用“三位一體”複合結構:



結構層資料科技要求

工作鋼管無縫鋼管/螺旋焊管(GB/T8163)根據介質壓力選用相應壁厚

保溫層硬質聚氨酯泡沫密度≥60kg/m³,閉孔率≥90%

外護管高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)密度≥940kg/m³,斷裂伸長率≥350%

2.3滲漏報警系統


在保溫層中埋設滲漏報警線,通過檢測儀錶即時監測管網滲漏情况,準確定位故障點,保障管網安全運行。


 


 


三、管網設計


 


3.1設計參數


 


參數取值

設計供/回水溫度110℃/ 50℃

設計壓力1.6 MPa

筦道粗糙度0.5 mm

保溫厚度根據管徑及介質溫度確定(通常30-50mm)

最小埋深≥1.2 m(車行道下)



 


3.2筦道敷設管道


 


直埋敷設(主要管道):


-供水管道:採用有補償直埋冷安裝,局部無補償直埋


-回水筦道:採用冷安裝無補償直埋敷設


 


架空/管廊敷設(特殊路段):


-適用於跨越河道、地下障礙物密集區域


-外護層可選用鍍鋅板、鋁板等金屬材料


-可採用B1級難燃聚氨酯保溫材料


 


3.3管件配寘



管件類型材質/要求

彎頭與首長道同材質的預製保溫彎頭

三通預製保溫三通,軸向剪切應力≥0.08MPa

補償器根據計算選用套筒補償器或波紋管補償器

固定墩鋼筋混凝土結構,按設計推力計算確定

 


四、施工方案


 


4.1施工工藝流程


 


溝槽開挖→墊層施工→筦道焊接→介面保溫→筦道下溝→水壓試驗→回填夯實→路面恢復


 


 


4.2關鍵施工要求


 


1.溝槽與墊層


-溝槽底部寬度:管徑+ 600mm(兩側各300mm操作空間)


-管底鋪設10-15cm細砂墊層,密實度≥90%


-遇軟土地基需加固處理


 


2.筦道焊接


-鋼管焊接應符合GB50236規範


-焊縫進行100%超聲波探傷


-焊口防腐處理後方可進行保溫層施工


 


3.介面保溫


-施工環境溫度宜為10-40℃,濕度<80%


-採用發泡機現場澆注,正式澆注前進行試澆確定工藝參數


-泡沫密度、閉孔率應與管體一致


-熟化後方可進行下道工序


 


4.水壓試驗


-試驗壓力=工作壓力×1.5


-保壓30分鐘無滲漏為合格


 


5.回填要求


-採用細砂分層回填,每層厚度≤30cm


-密實度≥90%


-回填至設計標高,恢復路面


 


 


五、品質控制


 


5.1資料檢驗


-保溫管及管件須有出廠合格證和檢測報告


-外護管外觀無裂紋、氣泡和雜質


-泡沫保溫層無空洞、分層缺陷


 


5.2過程檢驗


-每道工序完成須經監理驗收


-介面保溫進行抽樣檢測(密度、導熱係數)


-焊縫探傷報告完整

六、運行與維護


 


6.1運行監控


-入戶端設定壓力錶和溫度計


-滲漏報警系統即時監測


-定期巡線檢查路面异常(下沉、冒水)


 


6.2維護措施



檢查項目週期

檢查井內閥門、補償器狀態每月

滲漏報警系統測試每季度

管網水壓測試每年供暖季前

筦道腐蝕檢測每3-5年

 


6.3應急處理


-建立管網事故應急預案


-配備搶修設備和資料


-滲漏報警系統定位後及時開挖修復
