明確PIR資料定位、細化絕熱效能分級,引導行業加大研發投入,推動保溫材料向高性能、多元化方向陞級——

近期,我國建築保溫材料領域迎來重要技術革新訊號——GB/T21558《建築絕熱用硬質聚氨酯泡沫塑料》新國標已於2025年12月31日正式獲批發佈,將於2026年7月1日起全面實施。 作為該標準第一起草人、萬華化學集團股份有限公司建築市場總監晋豔麗在接受中國化工報專訪時表示,新版標準在2008版基礎上實現全方位陞級,以技術創新引領和安全底線堅守為覈心,將倒逼行業優化陞級、規範發展,為建築節能與消防安全築牢標準屏障,助力“雙碳”目標下建築保溫行業的高品質轉型。

據悉,該標準修訂計畫於2025年4月30日正式下達,由萬華化學、北京工商大學等組織牽頭,在全國塑膠製品標準化技術委員會(TC48)的指導下,組建專業修訂工作組完成了全部修訂任務。 此次修訂緊扣建築節能陞級、消防安全强化的行業發展需求,針對舊版標準存在的分類不細、科技要求滯後等問題,進行了系統性優化,尤其在推動技術創新、保障建築安全兩大維度實現重大突破,成為引領行業發展的“風向標”。

“新版標準最覈心的亮點之一,就是通過明確PIR資料定位、細化絕熱效能分級,引導行業加大研發投入,推動保溫材料向高性能、多元化方向陞級。 ”晋豔麗強調,當前我國建築能耗占全社會總能耗的37%,保溫材料作為建築節能的覈心載體,其效能直接决定建築全生命週期的能耗效率,而技術創新正是破解行業效能瓶頸的關鍵。

據晋豔麗介紹,新版標準首次明確了硬質聚异氰脲酸酯泡沫塑料(PIR)的定義及其與硬質聚氨酯泡沫塑料(PUR)的分類關係,並新增了PIR資料的專項效能要求。 “PIR資料在耐高溫、尺寸穩定性等方面具有顯著優勢,其保溫效能是傳統岩棉的2倍以上,重量僅為岩棉的1/8,遇火碳化,防火效能接近岩棉,完勝傳統熱塑性保溫材料。 ”她表示,此前由於缺乏明確的標準依據,PIR資料的市場應用受到限制,此次標準修訂填補了這一空白,將激發企業對PIR資料的研發熱情,推動其在高端建築保溫領域的廣泛應用,助力高性能保溫資料的普及推廣。

在絕熱效能分級方面,新版標準更是實現了精細化陞級,打破舊版單一分類模式,設定了8個絕熱等級(020級—040級),導熱係數要求從0.020W/(m·K)覆蓋至0.040W/(m·K)。 “這一細分貼合當前建築節能標準不斷提升的需求,也順應了行業‘低導熱、高强度、輕量化’的發展趨勢。”晋豔麗解釋道,隨著“雙碳”目標推進,市場對保溫材料的絕熱效能要求日益嚴苛,傳統資料已難以滿足高端項目需求,而精細化的絕熱分級將引導企業針對性加大研發投入,聚焦低導熱係數產品的研發與生產,破解行業同質化競爭難題,推動產品效能持續陞級,同時也為設計、施工單位提供了更清晰的選型依據,實現保溫材料與應用場景的精准匹配。

除了推動技術創新,築牢建築消防安全底線也是此次標準修訂的覈心重點。 晋豔麗表示,建築保溫材料的防火效能直接關係到人民群眾的生命財產安全。 此次新版標準進一步明確了燃燒效能分級要求,仍按照GB8624進行分級,同時強制要求產品必須符合GB46520、GB55037、GB50016及GB50072等國家強制性防火安全規範。

“這一要求相當於從源頭上劃定了建築保溫材料的防火‘紅線’,將倒逼企業優化生產工藝,提升產品防火效能,淘汰不符合安全標準的落後產能。”晋豔麗強調,標準的實施將推動行業形成“安全優先、優質優價”的競爭格局,切實提升建築消防安全水准,從資料端防範建築火災隱患,為建築安全保駕護航。

此次標準修訂還對產品分類體系、物理力學性能、標識要求等進行了全面優化。 在分類體系上,建立了承載要求、燃燒效能、絕熱效能三維分級體系,將承載要求細分為7個壓縮效能等級,精准匹配牆體保溫、上人屋面、冷庫地面等不同應用場景; 在物理力學性能上,調整芯密度要求,鼓勵低密度、高强度、高性能產品研發,並新增濕熱條件下的尺寸穩定性測試,更貼合實際工程應用環境; 在標識要求上,强化產品可追溯性,規定需在包裝和本體最小單元標注完整資訊,便於市場監管和各方選用。
