建築保溫材料主要有哪些類型? 各有什麼優缺點?


無機保溫材料(如岩棉、玻璃棉、泡沫玻璃):
優點:防火效能好(A級不燃)、透氣性佳、穩定性高。
缺點:導熱係數略高於有機資料、吸水率較高、施工易產生纖維粉塵。
有機保溫材料(如EPS聚苯板、XPS擠塑板、PU聚氨酯):
優點:導熱係數低、保溫效果好、質輕、施工便捷。
缺點:防火等級多為B級(需添加阻燃劑)、高溫易變形、耐久性稍差。
複合保溫材料(如保溫一體板、真空絕熱板):
優點:綜合效能優、施工效率高、部分可達A級防火。
缺點:成本較高、對基層平整度要求嚴格。

如何選擇適合項目的保溫材料?


需綜合以下因素:
防火要求:高層建築(>100m)需A級資料; 低層可用B1級(難燃)。
氣候條件:嚴寒地區優先選導熱係數低的資料(如PU、XPS); 潮濕環境需低吸水率(如XPS、泡沫玻璃)。
基層類型:混凝土牆面多用板材; 複雜造型可選用噴塗聚氨酯或保溫砂漿。
